stretch each group of leg muscles. hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds, slowly in and out of it and don't "bounce".
or, try chopping off both of your legs and fitting a pair of carbon fibre blades. you'll save a few bob on trainers and sock washing as well. plus, on long distance flights you can just take them off and enjoy the extra legroom.
