We had an arrangement made via our letting agents for a plumber to come to our flat this

afternoon for a repair (no time specified), we got home to find that the plumber had already been and had gained access to the flat without us being here, something we hadn't consented to happening. In terms of rental agreements in general, is this allowed and if it isn't then is it enough to justify a contract being broken?
