Seriously, a question for ST holders

let's just say, laughing aside, we get promoted.

Would you want NCFC to set aside a sum of money to keep ST prices frozen in the event of relegation, or would you want City to spend it players (I am working on the sum being 320k per season, i.e. 5% of ST-income)?
