Talking of lighting the fire, surely some copper could get hold of a bucket of water?

I mean, I know it's a bit parky, but when some spotty yoof from first year Television Studies gets his lighter out and sets a placard ablaze, it would seem to me to be sensible to put it out rather than let the world's press gather round to take photos
