FAO Arganth

I'm after a big classic historical fiction epic and Shogun and Tai Pan have always been the best for me, but I don't know anything about Whirlwind or Noble House. You prefer them ya say? Definitely a recommend?

Short of the entire Flashman series which is always worth a look, I've never found anything as brilliant as J Clavell.
