Leon Barnett a permanent transfer in hiding???

Werent Russell Martin & McNamee originally loan deals to January 4th? It has been confirmed that Lambert wanted Barnett last year and at times during the summer. Has a deal been agreed for the end of the loan spell?? Is it better for the accounts if he signs post January??
