lorry drivers should only drive at night. with women, motorcyclists, bicyclists, caravannerers, coaches and buses and under 21 year olds. roads should be kept clear during the day for MEN in CARS doing stuff.

this would then allow the government to remove speed restrictions on motorways between the hours of 0700 and 2100 thereby saving money on expensive traffic cops.
