Yesterday

I crawled out of the pit at around 9am, and went on to get loads and loads of things done. Not a Tombs-amount maybe, but I enjoyed a day of achievement, and felt satisfied.

Today I got up at 7 and have done f**k all except lounge about and do Empire quizzes.

Not all early risers are greedy, but most greedy people are early risers. Over the years these greedy early risers have bent the world to their will and accordingly the majority of workers are compelled to get up earlier than is natural and thereby live out their lives in a mental condition that guarantees they will never a) fulfil potential or b) properly question the ways of the world. Were these workers more rested and fresh, they would rise up and strike at the excesses around them.

So, World Gumments should set limits on the times work is allowed to start. Lorry drivers and workers in essential services would be permitted to rise at any time. Police should keep a close eye on the roads, and any early drivers found who failed the rigid early riser criteria should be interrogated and ultimately shot.

In the interests of balance, I should add that 'controversial' is MY choice of word. Others have suggested Fucking Insane be used instead.
