Best school "accident" I remember was a teacher slapping about a naughty pupil in front of the class, kid trying to do a runner and the teacher slamming the door to stop him, crushing his head in the door frame.
How we roared. Actually no. There was an uncomfortably silence afterwards while said teacher tried to explain what he'd just done
