not, i am also against anything that might turn a football crowd into a tennis crowd

also arguing against using video technology being used to determine if someone is offside when they score a goal is a lot more difficult to do if video technology is already being used to determine if a ball has crossed a line. though you seem to be under the false impression that video technology should be used in all instances of offside - not just those that lead directly to goals being scored.
