If I'm understanding what you're saying...

...the game will have to keep being pulled back to where the original infringement happened should said infringement be proven - that would piss me off far more than any very occasional wwwhhhoooaaahhhh as it would kill the flow of the game which would make me even more agitated than a normal City game does already...
