the euro-league is still my preferred route

get rid of the haha big four, get kids supporting real teams again, allow all teams to play the football they want knowing that they're not going to have to try to get something out of these clubs. Have the winner eligibile to compete for a euro place via some tournament which means there is something to play for, but with no likely result.
