Presumably administered by the FA instead of the FL - effectively abandoning the FL clubs (ie. some of the Chumps and Leagues 1 & 2) to immediate bankruptcy. But, hey, you can play in the FA cup and maybe, just maybe have the chance of "your cup final" against one of the big boys.

Then when Manure, Arse, Liverpool & Chavski decide they still can't meet their leveraged buyout interest payments they'll set up a Euro league and bankrupt the rest of English football.
