More often when lino's are flagging, the players are onside or level these days

Relax the boundaries, but not abolish it, cos it would get to the to point where strikers are goal hanging

I think it was invented for that. I think when the rules were drawn up, there was no intention of anyone being level or just onside when the ball was played in their thinking
