Techy help required
I was using my PC earlier when i had what was either a power cut or a power surge (im not sure!) my computer switched off and i had to boot it again. Ever since it switched off it will not load past the windows xp start up screen with the blue bar that slides across the screen. Can anybody suggest a fix? Thanks in advance.
