McKnife is saving pennies by screwing us, the fans, when the board's mistakes are costing tens of thousands per week.

I did not say I wanted to be the same level as the clubs I mentioned, I was suggesting that having a low wage bill / income is no barrier to footballing success.

The evidence is there; we spent 500k less than Wolves last season and got relegated! Clearly the club can improve when it comes to points gained per pound spent on wages.

As neither McKnife nor the board have made any kind of statement regarding the cuts they have / plan to make on wages I assume that the situation remains the same.
