I have been impressed with him so far. They have recognised the fact that the wage bill will need to go up to compete a division higher and are taking obvious steps to make that possible.

Barnsley, Donny, Scunny etc are irrelevant we want to be really competing to go up again.

What is you problem with McNally? I'm thinking it must be a personal thing.
