I do see where you're coming from, but I don't think it is as simplistic. I don't think we could wipe away losses by cutting the playing budget to the level required, because then we probably wouldn't be a football club.

The club has undoubtedly been in a monster mess, and by their own admission, still is, but it does seem to be in the process of trying to revise this, and I'm sure if there were a quick and simple fix then everyone would be happy and apply it. But there isn't, so all measures need to be taken.

If I could wipe out my debts by stopping spending on my major outgoings then it would be super. However I'd probably starve to death in the cardboard box I'd be living in. So I have to look for ways to ease it.
