I thought it was a scam at first

But checked out the number before calling & it def legit Nat West.
Noone would know the pasword - so must that Trojan thing you mention........or some f**ker in a call centre has sold my details on?
I have AVG protection & it hasn't detected anything - is AVG generally good? Was recommended to me & used is purely based on that
