Not sure

My feeling is that if Holt is not available then logically MArtin becomes Holt and Cody/Oli become Martin. But what was clear on Saturday is that Martin can't do the holding up job that Holt can do, so I rather suspect there was a Holt replacement on the list somewhere, but as we've known for many a season, good strikers aren't that freely available!
