Gunny

It's all a bit weird. If I watch Bayern v Norwich, and I see him charging towards the fans after we scored, I smile and think "legend". But whenever I see him interviewed or quoted in the press now, I think "w**ker". It doesn't help that Bryan then and Bryan now look so completely different: almost like they're two different people.

Incidentally, I don't think "w**ker" because he failed as a manager here. Deehan, Megson and Grant also failed as managers here, and I don't dislike any of them. The problem I have with Gunn is his astounding lack of self-awareness - and sorry, but when someone insists they can do something against all evidence to the contrary, it's the exact definition of arrogance. Gunn acted like he was bigger than the club, especially in May when publicly whoring himself for the job - and I have a huge problem with that.

Someone below compared it with how Huckerby conducted himself after we treated him appallingly - and that's spot on. Compare it too with Goss' typically dignified exit last week. For a few months, this football club seemed to become not Norwich City, but Gunn and Family FC - which I'd laugh at now, if it hadn't had such serious consequences.
