If you're in doubt, leave it alone

You have a file in your C:windowssystem32driversetc folder called hosts

NOTE! Not hosts.txt or anything else.

Open this file (Or better yet, create a new one) using Notepad and copy in the entireity of that web page from the line

NOTE: the lines starting with # are not compulsory, but it's useful if you ever find that you want to read the instructions again!

And save. Ensure that the filename is purely "hosts" and not "hosts.txt" or similar (You may need to enable the viewing of file extensions (Tools>Folder Options>View, untick "Hide file extensions for known file types")

Again, if you're not confident in following those instructions it's probably best to leave it alone. You can do similar things with Adblock but this will work on absolutely anything on your computer which accesses the internet.
