I think Mark Hughes could be a strong enough personality to turn Bentley from a fairly skilful but ultimately ineffectual player with a wildly over-inflated sense of his own worth into a genuinely worthwhile player.

Worthington, of course, wasn't.

Nonetheless I stand by my dislike for Bentley ...
