I would assume you're right...

I would also assume tapping up goes on with managers just as players, but I would imagine the likes of Doncaster and Munby wouldn't go for that.

I would still rather take the risk that new management would bring a fresh impetus to the team, after all they're hardly a bad bunch of players. I think to say a new manager might not do any better, is not really any defence to keep a manager, who deserves a lot of credit for what he's done for the club, but isn't showing the ability to get the team to play now. In management Now is all that matters.
