to be complete tossers about it

If you complain about your speed, they'll increase your speed to about 300kbs per second. But after about a month of it, they drop it to about 50kbs per second, constantly

Typical of this country (the railways, royal mail, privatisation etc), promises and adverts about how great it's all going to be, and then a complete shambles delivered
