Disappointing

The journeymen have been a mistake in my opinion. They have added nothing to the squad. In fact it has led to the growing disatisfaction of the fans as the new players have not produced what is expected of them. What we needed was quality - players who can create and win the ball. We got players who can do one and not the other. And Worthy is obsessed with defensive midfielders, players who run hard and win the ball - but can't do anything with it. It's almost as if he expects the strikers to do it all by themselves - hit the long ball and they'll turn 3 defenders and stick it in the back of the net. Sadly that doesn't happen in reality unless you've got Henry up front.
