I thought despite the tactics of MK dons and the high pressure game they played we coped well and they never really looked likely to score from open play. Something that a few weeks ago we wouldn't have considered possible.
After the injuries, we never looked like holding on to the ball, everything was too rushed and we didn't look like we knew where other players would be.
WLY still has the first touch but the pace of an asthmatic snail.
Referee was a homer all night. Holt is going to be a legend...He showed up everywhere last nigth, fought for everything and everyone, really captain's performance.
Martin is not a wide player, yet he was digging in trying to help out most of the time though he also appeared to be trying to help MK dons too.
So on the whole, I can see improvements in the team and now it is a team rather than a collection of rather lost looking individuals
