a new CE & board were in place. The 4-0 was the freak result as someone pointed out earlier. The fact that they let Gunny spend what little money we had was a dreadful mistake as it now appears.

I doubt that Lambert had a say in the signings as well.
We just have to hope that he can fashion a team out of what he has got.
