starts at 26 seconds, this bit, User Posted Link , with the dive landing,

I've pinpointed that bit because that's the pose you make when you push off from the wall at any new length/turn

Hands locked on top of each other, head down, and flip your knees like butterfly (all in the arse knee and then legs movement)

That way when you push off, you cover about 5m+ before even making a stroke

Work on that for a week or so. If you want something else to work on for the time being, look at 45 seconds onwards. Watch the way the hand enters the water. It's like a sideways landing from the thumb side

It's done that way cos the minute your hand lands in the water, you need to push it away from yourself slightly, then cut into the stroke

A large point from that 45 seconds in, and from the whole vid, is to not the hand, with the fingers apart.

Concentrate on those things for a bit, maybe one at a time if it's easier
