Use a flat blade screwdriver to lever the fascia off your car stereo

You'll see screws used to hold it in - take 'em out, pull the unit out carefully, detach the back wires, attach them to your new unit, slide it in etc - simples. They're (mostly) all a standard size with standard connectors/holes in the back (mostly).
