if they were in-form/fit/proven they'd be playing for their own club.

Of course, if its from a Prem club the argument is that the club simply has better players at the position so while they might not be 'in-form' enough to play at Prem level they are at Chumpionship level.

But as mentioned earlier, everything is a gamble.
