No idea. But whoever it is should do 3 things as priority

1. Make sure the scouting is now sorted - that may have been done with the appointment of Dixie.
2. Sort out the Academy. If, as the word from inside the club has it, the problem is the coaches then replace them. If, as Doncaster's simplified cash statement implied, it is under-funding then that should be sorted.
3. End the ludicrous policy of having at least two players for every position which puts a premium on quantity rather than quality.
