I dont think anybody can deny the stellar job Mark Robbins has done with no money.

Might be the next Martin O'Neil.
Hopefully the board wont piss him off too!

Knows the players/potential targets in the lower leagues.

Knows Norwich, fans know him, respect him, ticks that box!

On the minus side its his first real job so lacks a little experience but has done a hell of a job considering the dire situation they are in.
Shows he doesnt shirk the pressure of convey that to the players.
