for what its worth, I agree with a lot of what you say...

There is always a call for a knee jerk response but to be honest we were lucky to escape last season and have simply slowly declined since Worthy went (and before to some extent obviously).
The time to act and save our club is NOW. There are no other options.
It is easy to say but will obviously be difficult but the work has to start tomorrow.
We have to rebuild a championship club to get out of league 1, not simply make do and hope. if we can have a period of rebuilding and somehow get out of league 1 after 1 season and be back in the championship there is some hope for the future but otherwise we may never again be the club we deserve.
Major changes needed some will be enforced (players leaving, no bad thing) others will have to be pushed thru.
Adark day for us all, but it was never really about today
