There are some big, big decisions this summer...

I've always been a fan that has tried to remain positive and give the board and mangement the benefit of the doubt.

But there is no doubt that some poor decisions over the last few years of contributed to our downfall - to me the one that really stands out was the appointment of Grant - I stuck with Worthington till quite late on and still feel he was a reasonable manager at this level but it was clear his time was done. We needed a strong, proven, determined manager to come in - not Grant! To some extent Roeder, Gunn etc could not do a huge amount - no money meant all they could rely on is loans - who obviously don't give much of a s**t about this club.

Anyway two major things need to happen

1) A squad clear out - and I mean clear out - Doc, Drury the lot. Keep the youth and if I would keep Clingan and Croft but there's no chance - the rest can go - really - I would prefer trying our luck with kids and loanies then the type of players that let us down today - get the f**k out of our club!

2) Someone at the top needs to take responsibilty for this a resign. I think a complete board replacement is unrealistic but someone needs to go! We need some fresh ideas and some football sense!

3) We need to appoint a strong manger - the type we should have when Worthington went. I don't know who would come to this club but Gunn will not do - or Crook or Butterworth for that matter.

These things need to happen over the summer for me to have any faith that the board cares about this great club. Otherwise things could get nasty / worse.
