if a manager builds a piss poor squad with the money that has been committed to him then surely that's the manager's fault?

how many of those 'promising young players' did Roeder show any faith in, or would he rather get some piss poor kid in from the Premiership in cos his good mate 'Arry reckons he's going to be the next big thing?
