If Roeder went to the board asking to buy players like Leroy Lita and was turned down?

If a manager has a poor squad and the board wont commit any money then why is it the managers fault?

Of course this prudence has cost us more overall.

The irony is we have some promising young players coming through who could have complimented a decent champs squad.
