this'd be where Creo asks what sort of experience an ex-Celtic midfielder has with multi-million pound budgets. And despite me believing that chairman/owners shouldn't get involved in telling football managers who to run the team and spend the transfer money, when it's all spelt out, Creo has a bloody good point.
