Someone was commenting about Grant earlier

I actually agree that hindsight is a wonderful thing but we appointed one of the best coaches in the game (confirmed by Dion I believe)and it was a gamble that didnt work...his credentials were better than Boothroyd when watford appointed him and to be honest he was also unlucky and it was a blow losing Earnshaw and Etuhu, to say he put us back years is harsh IMO.
