I get why you do it, and it rarely bothers me.

I actually agree with a lot of your stance, as fans there is another side to the constant picking that few want to acknowledge.

For me, if we decide something poor before it has a chance then it will be, as the support from the stands will nto exist to the level it needs to to achieve real sucess.

I agree about some of the picking at Roeder, that annoys me on some issues, but ONLY because there are enough clear ones for it not to be needed.
We had to sack him, he was awful, he should never have been appointed in the first place, however i backed him at the time for the reason above.
He was our manager, so i saw no mileage in deciding he'd be useless from day one, even though its what i suspected.

The board i'm similar on. I've tried to KTF, i still beleive they mean well but far too much damage has been done, and yes, they are the ones to blame for the rudderless shambles we have become.

As for the other stuff, its a shame you feel like that, cause i enjoy your views on most football things. I'm a norwich fan not a football fan so i don't know much specifics outside of our club, so a lot of the otehr things you talk about, other clubs etc interests me.

I know i can't advise you on how to react on here, that's your choice.
For me though, everytime you start to post something that feels more personal than football i'd stop.
Being someone that's biten and ranted on here myself, i know that's not always easy though.
