I dunno.
If he didn't agree with the valuation, its hard for the board to make the manager pay MORE money for someone.
It has to be the managers call.

Iverson is a strange one, was his club playing silly buggers too?
All in all though, both were a mess, and I do think things could have been better, if only someone saying to Roeder to make a choice, pay it or move on. OR the moneys not there, move on.
