so they can't be sacked - someone has to buy them out.

Secondly, I disagree that they always get it wrong. The margins between success and failure are often slight and little things play a big part.

Worthy was clearly the right appointment and I personally think Roeder was too as I'm not sure who else could have kept us up last season (because Grant was crap).

Roeder essentially made two mistakes - he failed (fatally in this division) to get in a decent target man to replace Dion (a football cockup) and there was the Hucks situation (a PR rather than football cockup - a decent target man would have been worth 3 Hucks in footballing terms).

But how could the Borad have known he would make those mistakes? He did a good job his first season and those two mistakes alone undid it.
