Many are still doing the same things in debating

talking about it from a manager/playing level

The people who hire and fire these guys are being allowed to get it wrong year after year

Debating the ins and outs of the people hired is fine, but the same people who hire and fire are getting it wrong

Hence it's not about being sarcastic or comparing what I think about this and that situation

The facts above all those things still remain
