A buyer would not have to clear the debt, he (or she) could re-negotatite it.

The only thing that is stoping NCFC from being sold is Smith and her over inflated valuaton.

She said about 4 years ago at an AGM that they were just custodans of the club and it belongs to the fans. Well its time she was true to her word!
