To take over now would cost anywhere between ?30 million and ?40 million. Cullum wasn't prepared to put that much in before, I certainly can't see him doing it now. The Turners don't have that much money. Neither does Foulger.

What we actually need is for the club to be run on proper lines: someone needs to sort the academy out. We need to sort out scouting out. We need to stop signing crocks. All these things can be done without a change of board.
