probably similar to ebay, at first when no one was on, you'd get something for a quid

when it's worth ?15+

Then when everyone finds out, you get it ?2 cheaper than it is new, but second hand

So with the car boot, when no one went, you'd get some good stuff, but now, I'd imagine everyone's been in on it for years, fighting each other at tips on a daily basis
