See, that lampard challenge, i kept quiet on tis but....

Now i've seen only foto's so I'm well aware i dunt know much.

However, one shot i have seen shows his foot is a good foot and a half off the floor when he wins the ball.

That for me is dangerous play.
You do not need to be diving in with studs showing that high off the floor. Its Cowardly.
Go and win the ball on your feet, or even sliding on the ground. Do not launch yourself through the air because if you miss the ball you could easily seriously hurt the other player.

That view may be wrong, just one still shot. I do not like to see in the air, studs showing, that distance off the ground though.
