Of the current Championship teams you have named 3 who have found decent players, which presumably means there are 21 who haven't.
Roeder signed several players on permanent terms and no doubt would have added to them next year, but when he took over we were woefully short and Grant had spent the money.
It wasn't Roeder's transfer policy that was the problem, it was the fact that everyone hated him.
