Positive thinking is the key, and if we do have an optimistic view, at least the fans will be behind the team and i think this could really make the difference - turn it back into FCR and motivate the players. No booing, no arrogance, just three people working as a team to turn the club around and 25,000 people supporting them.

Deehan was coach during one of our most successful periods, crooky has a managerial experience and Gunny has the personality to front the team.

Now all we need is some players.
