I am unhappy with them personally

They have solely been appointed because they played for the club.

I fail to see how that will help when we are 2-0 down at halftime in a must win game. Gunny didnt really have a clue tactically on saturday and looked to martin and wright for help.

He may get the players fired up but you need more than that to succeed. Crooky is not currently coaching and wont probably have seen any of the players we have in our team or in the opposition's teams either.

Gunny has admitted that if we had lost on sat then he wouldnt have applied. I cannot believe the board have hired him based on one game. I dont actually think we played that well at the weekend but it was one of those games where everything fell right for us.

To some it is worth a go but we really cant afford to get relegated this season and having a manager who is learning on the job does leave us open to this.
